All orders are shipped with DPD. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

We currently ship to the countries listed below. Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, email us at hi@alliswellonline.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll get back to you with return instructions.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and will be deducted from your refund. The return cost matches the original shipping rate for your country:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund (minus the applicable return cost above) to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear.
